Raspberries and cinnamon. Are you surprised? I’m mean, my blog is called “Not Enough Cinnamon” so obviously I love cinnamon. And I told you numerous times how I’m a sucker for raspberries. Alone they both are super good. But together? The raspberry/cinnamon combo is mind blowing. It reminds me of this delicious skinny raspberry tart with a cinnamon crust I posted a while ago when I just started blogging. This smoothie seriously feels like drinking a candy. Only it’s super healthy because there’s also spinach in the mix. You can’t taste it but who cares? Its only purpose is to add a “healthy touch” to whatever smoothie you want to make!

Raspberry Cinnamon Green Smoothie

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Yield: Makes 1 tall glass

Cal: 207 - Protein: 6.9 - Fat: 10.28g - Carbs: 27.72g - Sugar: 15.3g - Fiber: 9.08g
WW Old Points: 4 pts - Points+: 6 pts

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp or less honey or stevia (I used stevia)
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth

Notes

I haven't tried yet but I'm sure it would be just as good with another nut butter. I just like the special taste almond butter gives to this smoothie.
